* A Few Things to Know Before We Groom

Your pet’s safety always comes first.
If a particular part of the grooming process causes significant stress or resistance — and we believe continuing may be unsafe — we may pause, adjust, or skip that step. If needed, we’ll reach out to you right away to talk it through.

We do our best with brushing — but gently.
Some pets (and certain breeds) shed endlessly. We’ll work carefully to remove tangles, undercoat, and loose hair, but we avoid harsh or excessive brushing to protect your pet’s skin and comfort.

Haircut adjustments may be needed.
If your pet’s coat is matted or they become too uncomfortable with a particular grooming step, we may need to modify the style for their safety.
